Korie Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates games and interactive

software, including Bolt Linkz, available on Google Play (and coming

soon to the Apple App Store). This Privacy Policy explains how we

handle information related to your use of our products.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

Our products do not collect, store, or share personal information

about you. We do not require account creation. We do not access

your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera. We do not

use third-party analytics SDKs.

IN-APP PURCHASES

When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by

Google Play Billing (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We receive

anonymous confirmation of the purchase so we can deliver your

Diamonds, Coins, or other purchased items. We never receive your

credit card number, Google account or Apple ID, billing address, or

any personally identifying information.

DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Your game progress — including current level, high scores, unlocked

abilities, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using

your platform's standard local storage (SharedPreferences on

Android, UserDefaults on iOS). This data never leaves your device.

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data.

ANALYTICS

Google Play Console and/or App Store Connect may collect aggregated,

anonymous analytics (installs, crashes, session lengths) on our

behalf. We use this data only in aggregate form to improve our

products. It is not personally identifiable and is not linked to

individual users.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

ADVERTISING

Our current products do not display third-party advertising. If we

introduce advertising in a future update, we will update this

Privacy Policy to disclose what data may be collected by our

advertising partners (which may include your device's advertising

ID), and we will prompt you for consent via Apple's App Tracking

Transparency framework (iOS) or an equivalent consent mechanism

(Android).

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Bolt Linkz is rated Everyone / PEGI 3 on Google Play and 4+ on the

App Store, and does not knowingly collect any personal information

from children under 13. Because we do not collect personal

information from any user, we are compliant with the Children's

Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR AND CCPA

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — European Union)

and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right

to know what personal information we collect, correct inaccuracies,

and request deletion.

Because we do not collect personal information, we have no data to

provide, correct, or delete. If you have questions about your

DATA RETENTION

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not retain

any personal data about you. Locally stored game progress on your

device is retained until you uninstall the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes

will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Material changes will also be noted in the affected product's next
